Team! The IOTA Curatorium has been assembled, and they are CURRENTLY IN BOORLOO (Perth) checking out the neighbourhood, in advance of making some great calls as to who gets into the next Indian Ocean Craft Triennial in 2027.

The IOTA Craft Co-Lab brings together curators from across the Indian Ocean region to share ideas through a day of conversations with makers, cultural leaders and thinkers.
The symposium will explore how craft connects ancestry, technology, identity, and community and is an opportunity to hear directly from the IOTA27 Curatorium as they introduce the theme/s that will guide the next Triennial.
As an IOTA alumni (class of ’21, y’all!) and member of the current IOTA Management Committee, I’ll be there to see what shakes down. AND I’ll be chatting it up on the day with a quick presentation (alongside other thinker/makers) leading to a panel discussion.
