Using recycled street sweeper blades, in short and longer remnants as the 0's and 1's, I spell out a an encoded binary/ascii message, which decoded reads:

I've used this quote from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, (from their March 2023 Sixth Assessment Report), as the pattern generator for many new works. In this work the first word 'rapidly' is translated.
