Serious Bling: Radical Jewelry Makeover \u2013 The Artist Project<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Radical Jewelry Makeover (RJM) is a global recycling project that spotlights gold mining\u2019s devastating impacts and the criticality of sustainable jewelry making practices. Its thriving offshoot, The Artists Project, provides opportunities for professional artists to engage with RJM by creating a series of work using RJM donated jewelry. Through their participation, the artists encourage honest conversations about the difficulties facing jewelers who strive for ethical studio practices that curtail damage to the environment and human health.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
