I have been working on the same piece now for over a month, and while it’s made it very easy to get up in the morning and know my routine for the day, steady progress does not give the same emotional satisfaction as finishing a work. So today I got up early and made six pieces before lunch – in three hours and 45 minutes in fact. (I realise that’s very specific. Have you seen my work?!)<\/p>\n

After weeks of same-same, that was some satisfying action!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Suffice to say, they’re just little tidbits, which I’ve already delivered to Danaca Design here in Seattle. If you’re after some inexpensive earrings or neckpieces, head on over to the U district! Dana also took delivery of some bigger and more fancy pieces too, if that’s more your style \ud83d\ude09 This was my first time welding tiny titanium links through some of my stainless laser-cut forms, and I decided that a little glass bead would top each section off nicely. The two colours indicate the different sides of this neckpiece.<\/p>\n
