{"id":5568,"date":"2013-09-11T06:56:57","date_gmt":"2013-09-10T20:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.melissacameron.net\/blog\/?p=5568"},"modified":"2013-09-11T06:56:57","modified_gmt":"2013-09-10T20:56:57","slug":"enamel-on-steel-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.melissacameron.net\/blog\/?p=5568","title":{"rendered":"Enamel on Steel &#8211; Workshop!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve finally updated my details and added new photos to <a title=\"me on Klimt02\" href=\"http:\/\/www.klimt02.net\/jewellers\/melissa-cameron\" target=\"_blank\">my Klimt02 page<\/a>, and in the process the lovely <a title=\"Andersson's personal web site\" href=\"http:\/\/www.karin-roy.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Karin Roy Andersson<\/a> of Klimt02 has also added a <a title=\"my workshop listing on Klimt02\" href=\"http:\/\/www.klimt02.net\/workshops\/index.php?item_id=35075\" target=\"_blank\">Workshop listing<\/a> for my forthcoming weekend workshop.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What, a weekend workshop?!&#8221; I hear you exclaim.<\/p>\n<p>Why yes, gentle reader, I&#8217;m going to be teaching Seattlites (an anyone who can get to Danaca Design in the University District of Seattle from 10:30am &#8211; 5pm on Saturday and Sunday September 28th and 29th) the basics of liquid enamelling onto sandblasted steel, through a workshop entitled:<\/p>\n<h3><a title=\"the workshop details via Danaca Design\" href=\"http:\/\/www.danacadesign.com\/index.php?p=classes&amp;c=descriptions#enamelling_on_steel\" target=\"_blank\">Kiln-Fired Liquid Enamelling on Steel<\/a>!<\/h3>\n<p>For those of you who visit this blog to read up\/keep up to date with the <a title=\"a link to the section, or if you're on the page the link is at the top, towards the middle - right\" href=\"https:\/\/www.melissacameron.net\/blog\/?page_id=4245\" target=\"_blank\">Enamel on Steel &#8211; some insights<\/a> section, this is a golden opportunity to see my working method IN PERSON! I&#8217;ll be teaching the use of Thompson&#8217;s enamel on both mild and stainless steel, as well as correct sandblasting technique, and there will also be the opportunity to come and fondle some of the samples that I have posted previously on this site.<\/p>\n<p>Love to see you there!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Melissa is teaching an enamel workshop in Seattle.
